Spool99 is a discovery interface for publicly available material from the Internet Archive. We provide it as-is and may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time. Availability depends partly on third-party services we do not control.

Third-party content

Archived websites, images, films and software shown in the feed were created by others. We do not endorse, verify or take responsibility for their content, claims or links. Historical material may be inaccurate, outdated, offensive or unsafe to act on. See Content & rights for copyright and takedown details.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, mass-download or resell the feed or its data.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to Spool99 or to the Internet Archive through it.
• Do not use Spool99 to distribute material you do not have the right to distribute.
• Do not misrepresent archived content as your own work.

Purchases

Where Spool99 sells curated packs, you are paying for editorial curation and access to the Spool99 interface — not for ownership of, or a licence to, the underlying archived works. Prices are shown before purchase. If a pack does not work as described, contact us and we will refund it.

Our content

The Spool99 name, design, interface and curation are ours. You may link to Spool99 freely; copying the interface or presenting our curation as your own is not permitted.

No warranty and liability

Spool99 is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on archived material found through it.
